Stone Wolf

A stone wolf is a version of the stone horse magic item found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide p.260, however the following traits apply.

The carry weight is reduced to 250 lbs, and in order for the wolf to carry this load a specially constructed pack saddle must be supplied.

The stone wolf is designed for combat rather than utilitarian use and can commanded to fight in combat or to carry a rider into combat (treat as a warhorse for purposes of riding).
